12.40 – Johns Spirit 6/1.Progressing well since sent chasing, and ran a cracker last time from this mark at Sandown with only the improving Katenko getting the better of him. Still an unexposed chaser he didn’t jump completely convincingly last time and with McCoy taking over in the saddle he can take another step forward today. 6th (-£10)
1.15 Our Mick 10/1 EW.Had an excellent season last, finishing with an excellent 3rd at Cheltenham in March. Has not raced since but McCain will likely have selection wound up for this on return.Providing fitness is not a concern looks to have a great chance and a good ew peice. UR (-£10)
